Trivia at Hoptinger – You might all be sick of trivia by now, but that means you haven’t tried Hoptinger on Wednesdays in Jax Beach! Get your crew, show up at 9, and play for free! Even if you feel like you’re losing, they have awesome beer and munchies, so you really don’t ever lose.

Avondale Arts & Farmer’s Market – For the people that want to get their green on (veggies, not money…Sorry, everyone wants more money), head to St. Johns Ave for the Avondale Arts & Farmer’s Market at 5 pm! You can shop for great produce, Girl Scout cookies, delectable treats…you name it!

Thursday, February 14 VALENTINE’S DAY

Valentine’s Party – If you’re stressing for some awesome, last-minute Valentine’s Day plans, stress no more! San Sebastian Winery is holding a Valentine’s Day Party at 7 pm. All my wine-lovers, romantics, dancers, and the like, come out and enjoy the good spirit.

Anti-Valentine’s Day Party – If you’re eyes simply saw red when you read about the Valentine’s Party above, then maybe you’re one of the single folks that should check out the Anti-Valentine’s Day Party at River City Brewing! Drink specials, a ton of single people, and a great environment…Come out at 5:30 pm!

Friday, February 15

Jacksonville International Auto Show – Want to browse hundreds of new vehicles with no pressure to buy one? HECK YES. Well, get your tickets to the Jacksonville International Auto Show to do just that! At the Prime Osborn Convention Center, it is a mere $10 to join in on the action!

Stomp – This eight-member troupe uses all abnormal percussion instruments to give us an unforgettable experience at STOMP, as they fill the stage with magical rhythms! The Boston Globe even recommends you go check out what the noise is all about! 8 pm at the Times-Union Center…be there or be square.

Saturday, February 16

Jacksonville Lantern Parade – The Jacksonville Lantern Parade is trying to illuminate the city with everything that glows! That’s right. Bring your glowing, twinkling, shining, and sparkling items as you march along the Northbank Riverwalk at 6 pm! It’s all free, so why not shine a light on the heart of Jacksonville?

Professional Bull Riders – I know a lot of us to feel bad for the bull…But if you are one of the heartless people that is okay with it (just kidding), then go watch the Professional Bull Riders at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena at 7 pm! It’s as low as $15, so quite the Saturday night show for those of you who have nothing going on.

Sunday, February 17

1st Lemon Bar Sunday Funday – Lemon Bar is back!!! I know this is everyone’s favorite beach bar, particularly for day drinking, and now it is back! So if anyone else is as excited as me, you need to head on over to Lemon Bar for the first Sunday Funday of the season!

Market for Makers – Maybe you’re having a late Valentine’s Day and, if so, this Valentine’s-Edition Market for Makers will be perfect for you and your special someone! With Valentines-themed DIY classes, photo walls, food truck lunches, a free tote, and MORE, get a ticket and have some fun!
