Speed Dating – Ready to meet your soulmate (or at least try without having to swipe)!? Come out for our super speedy speed dating at 7 pm at Intuition Ale Works for your chance to match with the perfect partner. 

Green Tie Affair – It is the 2nd annual Green Tie Affair at Cuba Libre Bar! Get familiar with Jacksonville’s top entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders over hors-d’oeuvres and drinks at 6:30 pm. Green is the theme, so just come wearing dollar bills…just kidding. Green ties for the gentlemen and green dresses for the ladies!

Thursday, January 24

JAX Chamber’s “Meeting” – Biggest thing to remember here is that “meeting” is in quotation marks because, all in all, we know it’s actually just a JAX Chamber party. While enjoying great food, drinks, and live music, come socialize with the region’s business leaders from 5-8pm. Secure your ticket and get ready for a good time.

4her: Sips and Succulents – Baptist Health is having their first event of 2019 focused all on the ladies! Shop, sip on wine, dine on some snackies, and learn to plant a succulent garden from 5:30-7pm. Baptist primary care physician, Dr. Harris, will also be on site to teach you all about the positive ways to take care of your body and mind!

Friday, January 25

Birthday Bash – Calling all my night owls – Join the MVP Muzic Group at Mavericks as they kick off 2019 with a huge Birthday Bash for a couple of their special VIPs! From 9pm-2am, the club will be poppin’ and the drinks will be flowin’, so it’s going to be LIT.

Date Night Workshops – Want to make your own, personal, one-of-a-kind wine glass? Or glass heart? Get your lover and head out to Burnt Glassworks at 4 pm for a treat! You can stare into each other’s eyes as you fawn over the special piece of artwork you made together, with love.

Saturday, January 26

Worthwich Wand Making & Wizards Painting Party – This event ALWAYS sells out so get a ticket and immerse yourself in a world of magic! With this real wood wand-making class on Jan. 26th and a wizards painting party on Jan. 27th, let the professional artists at Pinot’s Palette guide you through this world of wizardry!

Onesie Bar Crawl – You can always bar crawl for free and just buy drinks as you go OR you can get a ticket that will actually help you save! Come bar crawl at 4 pm with Crawl With Us at Ocean Grille. If you get a ticket, it includes 2 free drinks, a professional photographer, and a raffle giveaway! So prepare to be up all night and be ROWDY.

Sunday, January 27

Swing Dance Sunday – If you haven’t checked out these swing dance classes yet, come out to The Volstead at 7 pm for the ‘ole college try at swing dancing. With FREE lessons starting at 7 pm, you can come out with a friend or all alone but be DETERMINED to learn this awesome dance!

North Florida Gun & Knife Show – Admission is only $9, so if you’re super passionate about guns and knives or simply looking for something fun to do, check out the North Florida Gun & Knife Show at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds at 10 am! Even parking is FREE, so no reason not to swing by.

Monday, January 28

Pappy Party – Wine, champagne, bourbon? Are those your 3 best friends? At Grape and Grain Exchange, join in on the excitement as they raffle away 4 bottles of Pappy Van Winkle AND a bottle of George T. Stagg Bourbon. But wait, that’s not all… With MORE free giveaways, drink specials, and a 6 pm bourbon tasting, this shall be a night to remember!

Bingo Tuesday – At Mellow Mushroom in Tinseltown, we all know that the fun is going down on Tuesdays with their ever-so-awesome bingo! At 7:30 pm, come out and play for free. Get all your best buddies and stick around for the happy hour specials.

Karaoke every Tuesday – Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 pm, get your late-night singing in at Eclipse in Riverside! When you sing your first song, you get a free shot AND they still have great drink specials all night long. So if you’re dreading work on Friday, just keep your Thursday night rolling longer and longer with awesome karaoke diddies at Eclipse.
