Puddles Pity Party – Quite honestly, watching a sad clown perform on stage sounds really childish and straight-up odd. BUT, Puddles is no ordinary clown. Constantly on tour with over 16 million TV viewers, the “Sad Clown with the Golden Voice” will be in Ponte Vedra at 8pm. Get a ticket and enjoy the awkward humor, sadness, and heartfelt show!

Don’t Call me Shirley – Don’t Call me Shirley is always rocking out at Whiskey Jax on Baymeadows. This will be the first friday of the month where you can rock out, too! In addition to some great tunes, there is filet mignon, sauteed spinach, and potatoes ONLY for $21. Bring a friend or a cute date, and get in on the action!

Monday, March 4

Crafts and Drafts – Another event at Kanine Social! Could it be?! YES. Creative Grain Studio is coming to help out at 6:30pm and, Kanine Social wants to help you with these pup-themed DIY projects! Get a crafting ticket and a drink ticket, and make yourself all the merrier with such festive options.

Flourish Networking for Women – For all my ladies that want to meet other business driven ladies, come to the Flourish Networking event for women! At Trasca & Company in Ponte Vedra Beach, come enjoy this selfless networking with other understanding & supportive women at 6pm! Pink Concert – We all love Pink. No one hates Pink (I don’t care what you think. This is basically a fact). Pink is ready to bestow her beautiful voice upon Jacksonville at the Veterans Memorial Arena at 7:30pm! Hurry up and get a ticket while they still have some!

Mardi Gras Ball – Fat Tuesday is upon us, alas. So now is the time to indulge in all the fattening, bad-for-you, amazingly-tasty things that the world has to offer. The Wine Bar is ready to celebrate, so come celebrate with beads, bubbly, food, and masks. 7pm is when you come party at the Mardi Gras Ball!

Wednesday, March 6

SALT + SOUL Fashion Show – Surfer’s new brand, SALT + SOUL, is debuting March 6th at 6pm. The fashion show last year was a HUGE success, so come out this year for an even bigger and better event! With an elevated runway, it’s only $25 to see the beautiful models strut their stuff. Come check out the brand or check out the girls. Either way, it will be fun.

Jacksonville Lantern Light Festival – Dazzling lights, unique shapes, and a good environment, who would want to miss out on the Lantern Light Festival? At Morocco Shrine, this celebration of Chinese culture goes on all night, from 5-11pm, so you really get a glimpse of some inspiring performances while you party!

Saturday, March 9

Gate River Run – Whether you want to run, volunteer, or just watch, the Gate River Run is one of the BIGGEST events in Jacksonville. Even elite runners come out to race, so it’s always a spectacle. For all the runners, kudos to you because it’s 15K, so it’s no easy feat. It starts bright and early at 8am, and SO many people come for a good time.

Monday, March 11

Duval Spring Music & Community Fest – With game prizes, trivia, and TOP indie brands and talent, the Duval Spring Music & Community Fest kicks off Monday at 5pm at Cowford Chophouse! There will be DJs, special TV personalities, photographers, artists, and many more, so get a ticket before they’re gone.

#FrayLifeTip: It’s going on alllll week long, so if you aren’t free on Monday, you have all the way through Sunday to get out there and have fun!

Jax Beach Art Walk – Jax Beach Downtown is about to be poppin’ on 1st Street, as all the local & talented artists line the street to showcase their artwork. Whether you want to buy something or not, it’s a great chance to grab a beer and stroll about with friends, maybe even with a nice evening walk to the beach.

Travis Scott: Astroworld – On his Astroworld Tour, Travis Scott is ready to light up the stage at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. Now, since he “made this here, with all the ice on in the booth”, the least we can do is make it there. Get a ticket, turn up, and go full-on SICKO MODE (song reference, for those of you who don’t know).

ELTON JOHN – Yes, Elton John. The man, the myth, the legend. Hence, why his name was in all caps. Come watch the Rocket Man on his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. We get Travis Scott on Thursday and Elton John on Friday – this place is going to explode just off pure excitement! Get yo ticket, people.

Lucky’s St. Patrick’s Day Crawl – It is FINALLY time to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day! Get all your green garb, grab all yo frands, and buy a ticket from Crawl with Us. I know, I know, you can just bar crawl for free. BUT, if you get a ticket, it includes 2 drinks or shots, food, no cover, professional photographer, and much much more. Either way, it will be lit.

St. Patrick’s Day Street Festival – Don’t worry; St. Paddy’s Day lives on at the Riverside Arts Market this Sunday. If you missed the chance to celebrate, go to the largest St. Patrick’s Day event in Jacksonville for FREE. Live music, free concerts, food, beer…Need I go on? I can tell you’re already hooked.

A Tribute to John Denver – Country roads, take me home…Who doesn’t love John Denver? I know there are a lot of music events going on this month, so what harm is there in going to another one? At Alhambra Theatre, Ted Vigil stars as the John Denver-look-and-sound-alike for a special treat to all of us happy viewers.

Downtown Wine Down – These have gotten QUITE popular at Cowford Chophouse – the Downtown Wine Down. If you haven’t been yet, you need to go! Get a ticket and enjoy live entertainment on the rooftop bar with a complimentary cocktail. BEST way to impress a date, too.

Lego with a Twist – Want to do something a bit unique, like build a Lego selfie? Perfect, because Hyperion Brewery is ready to grant that wish. If you have some time to get away to the Bahamas, hop on Carnival Elation, departing from Jax at 4pm. They return March 30th, even though I am sure you will have so much fun that you will want to stay onboard.

Soulful Sundays – Come to the Jacksonville Landing for an evening of amazing music, food, drinks, and good vibes to round out the month! The Katz Downstairz are performing with their hip hop, jazz, and neo soul tunes at 5pm! The concert is free, so get all your best buds and have a good night.

It’s a busy month ahead of us! Plenty of time to party, exercise, and EAT. So grab some old friends and make some new ones at all of these fun events around the town.
